• All fees are subject to applicable taxes including Saudi VAT (15%)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pens and Digital Trendz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pens, Digital Trendz, and our affiliates from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
